Not sure how much to eat when to eat or what to eat? I have solutions. The meal plan I've had tremendous success with both personally and with clients is the portion fix. It is healthy eating SIMPLIFIED! Here's how it works… I have a set amount of color coordinated containers per day based on my body. It correlates with a calorie bracket as well but I don't focus on calorie counting. If it fits in the container and it's on that color's approved list I can have it! Let's take my breakfast for e
